Silver Spring Property Management has been a dependable and reliable manager since we hired them to locate tenants and manage our rental property. During the 4 years they have been under contract with us, they have vetted tenants that have been responsible in paying their monthly rental fee. SSPM has also been resourceful in making small repairs to our unit. They are also very prompt when responding to any questions I have pertaining to my property. Their fee is competitive and fair. I highly recommend them, and I plan to continue using them in the future.
